This is a Konad Tutorial Using Non-Konad Image Plates
I got the GCOCL plates from ebay. currently there are several sellers selling them. just search for “image plate” on ebay. look for the octagon shaped plates.
you need to contact the seller and ask them if they have plate number B02 (cherrie plate) if you dont ask, they will send you 5 random plates. (This information is correct as of march 31, 2010).

i bought the KONAD plates and it just didnt work =[ when i tried it at the stall it worked fine on the prototype, but after i had bought one, i took it home and it didn’t work- what a waste of money

@hpartmama Yes and no, if you do the image will come out brighter and better. If you use regular polish it will pick up the image but itll be dull and not bright.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Polishes work well with the Konad plates, so I bet they’d be fine with these too. You have to work very quickly, however. I’ve used the following successfully:
