I am living in qatar. i found quite a lot of websites(naturally sexy) are blocked by Qtel. how to open these sites. please suggest
To access blocked sites(by your networkadministrator/service provider) you can use any of the "Anonymous Browsing" websites available.
example: www.hidemyass.com
In case the above site is also blocked, just search with the word "Anonymous Browsing" in google you will get hell lots of anymous browsing sites where you can just put in the site name and they display it for you.
If the above sites dont work(In case they are blocked too). Read following:

i dont know what Qtel is, but if that is and important thing like government or something, i wouldnt do it if i were you.
