Check this website: http://luklek.com/kids-websites/Online-Education. It lists lots of online learning websites, which are very useful for me to teach my 4 year old daughter.

This website also has websites for General Knowledge for kids, Arts and Crafts project ideas, and even a list of fun websites for little girls!
References :
http://luklek.com/kids-websites/Online-Education

They are not really E-learning sites but two that I have found very promising are YourBabyCanRead.com and MathTutorDVD.com. The math DVD's helped my son advance 4 grade levels in a year. It really saved me alot of money and time. They 4 year old, unless already a good reader, could really benefit from the reading one. If you can advance the child to a 9 year old's level of math, Brainetics.com is another one to look at. It will help them develop their math, memor, and focus. I hope this helps. Good luck!
