Here’s a pointer to solve any equation in a similar form to this:
If you have parentheses, get rid of them using mathematical rules. Then do something called ‘isolate’ x. Move all of the x terms to one side, move all the other terms to the other side. Divide by any coefficients that we have after these steps, and we have the answer. A few math problems:
4(3x+2)=17-(x-3)
(x)*(11-12)+14=0
half of x is thirteen more than a third of x. solve.
1337(x-3y)=23. solve for x, and then for y.
