    go onto control panel, select Clock, Language and Region. Then go to the language part. Select the keyboards and languages Tab and click change keyboards. then click add and find Japanese……

  24. If you are on a PC, …
    If you are on a PC, right click your toolbar and highlight the toolbar cascade, then enable the ‘Language Bar’. There should be an ‘EN’ on your toolbar now if you are in english. Right click the ‘EN’, then click ‘add’ to add a language. When you want to change your language, left click the ‘EN’ button and select your language and means of input. I recommend ‘Hiragana’ for input. Hope this helps
